If You’re Not Happy, We’re Not Happy

BabyMall.PK believes in making online shopping a phenomenal experience centered around you, so you can enjoy complete satisfaction along with the impeccable level of service. That’s why we believe you have every right to have your product checked, and, if needed, replaced. You will have 7 days after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to return the item. This means if your item was delivered e.g. on the 5th of the month, you have till the 12th to initiate a return. All items must be returned is in original form (unused, unworn, original packaging, seals, and tags attached), along with all the accessories, manuals, and warranty card that came with it. All items sent for return first go through quality check to ensure they are returned in the original condition. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

At BabyMall.PK, customer satisfaction is our top priority!. If you feel that the product you receive is damaged in any way or if you are not 100% thrilled with the item(s) received, please contact us immediately at info@babymall.pk or (0092)-349-111-222-9 to request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Return requests can also be initiated within “My Accounts” section. You will receive detailed instructions on how to return the shipment.

Return shipping charges on voluntary returns are the responsibility of the buyer. A traceable and insured shipping method is recommended as we will not be responsible for merchandise that does not reach our Sialkot warehouse.

All merchandise returned must be in NEW & UNUSED condition. Any items purchased with a coupon code or on clearance are not able to be returned.

For damaged, expired or other cases we will request pictures of the product and depending on a case by case basis we may not require the product to be returned.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be promptly processed. In the event that you prefer to use the refund amount in your next order, store credit will be issued that will be visible in your account and may be used against future purchases. All return orders must be approved and returned with an RMA, (return merchandise authorization). Typically refunds are processed within 24-48 hours. Please note, it may take an additional 2-3 days for your financial institution to reflect the refund credit (non-Pakistan Residents only) back on your account.

In the event that you paid on COD or Bank Deposit, Jazzcash or Easypaisa your refund may be processed via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa or Jazzcash. We will require you to send your account details via email so that we have a permanent and clear record of your refund request. Typical processing time for such refunds is up to 7 working days.

In the event that your order payment was done via Easypay (online payment through website via Credit or Debit card, Easypaisa account or OTC), we will request Telenor Easypay to refund your transaction to you. Kindly note, this process may take up to 20 days (in our experience). This is the most secure method for refund available to us.

Shipping fees are only refunded if the return was a result of our error.

CANCELING AN ORDER

Contact us at info@babymall.pk or (0092)-349-111-222-9. If your order has not been shipped or left our warehouse facility, we can process the cancellation right away. When the cancellation is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email. Unfortunately, BabyMall.PK will not be able to cancel an order if it has already shipped out of our warehouse facility. In order to offer our customers fast delivery, most orders are released from our facility within 2 hours of the order placement.
