Here at BabyMall.PK, we value our customers’ comfort, that’s why we provide free shipping all over Pakistan. You also get many payment options, you can either pay an advance or pay at the time of delivery, whichever option suits your need.
BabyMall.PK is a customer-oriented e-commerce platform that aims to take care of shopping needs in a SMART way; making life easier for all customers. We are Pakistans premier online store with services initially in Sialkot. Our aim is to enhance the online community by becoming the nation’s favorite e-commerce platform through our very own SMART fundamentals.
Local Pickup:
- Local store pickup facility is only for Sialkot.
- Local Store pickup can be done next day of Order placed, but the order must be placed before 3 PM to be ready to pick up the next day.
- There are no extra charges for this service.
- Timings for order pick up is 10:00 AM till 5:00 PM (Monday to Thursday). For Friday, timings are from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
- Local pickup service is not available on Saturday and Sunday.
- Please provide us with correct contact information so that our team can coordinate for order and delivery confirmation. Providing correct information will help us in giving you quality service. FREE DELIVERY
Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 1,000. It is up to the discretion of BabyMall.PK to select the shipping service used. Delivery time is usually between 1-3 days. Unless specified on the Product Detail Page, BabyMall.PK offers its online shoppers the convenience of free shipping. Where shipping charges are applicable, such as when we use our reliable courier service, we will clearly inform you before you finalize your purchase.
WHOLESALE ORDERS
Free delivery is NOT available on wholesale items. If your order is a combination of regular items and wholesale items, the free shipping will be valid on the regular items if the product amount of regular items exceeds Rs. 1,000. The shipping charges for wholesale items will be calculated and charged separately. Delivery charges for wholesale items are calculated after the order is placed and you will be notified during the confirmation call regarding the exact amount or best estimate available to us at the time.
Estimated Delivery Time
We understand the excitement you experience when shopping online. That’s why we’re equally excited to deliver the product without a scratch and as quickly as possible. While we try to get your product into your hands as fast as possible, all online orders usually take 6-12 hours to be there. In extremely rare cases, it may take up to 3 working days. Like you, our valued staff likes to enjoy life as well. As such, the only times BabyMall.PK can’t deliver are Sundays and Public Holidays.
REASONS FOR SHIPMENT DELAYS
Incorrect address has been entered in the shipping details when placing the order.
Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention if we are unable to verify the shipping destination. Sometimes we will require personal detail verification before dispatching orders, and this may delay shipping.
Payment in advance is not yet verified (for orders where payment is made via bank deposit, EasyPaisa or other advance payment options).
If your order will be delayed for any reason we are aware of, we may contact you directly via phone or email to advise of the delay.
Shipping Invoice
BabyMall.PK provides a detailed shipping invoice with each order you place, outlining the price, quantities, and shipping charges (where applicable). VIEW & TRACK ORDERS
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse facility that is based in Lahore. We use various courier services to delivery your order.
Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email from BabyMall.PK containing your tracking number and the assigned courier who will deliver your order. If you don’t receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number, please login to your account and view your Order Details or contact BabyMall.PK using the contact us form or email at info@babymall.pk or (+92)-349-111-222-9.
Once you have your tracking number you can track your parcel by clicking on the assigned courier.
PRE-ORDERED ITEMS:
Some items will not ship until a later date as indicated in the product description. Please make note of any products with future ship dates mentioned on the online product posting.
On Order Products
As mentioned above, the delivery time is more than usual for such products. You have to make a full advance payment after ordering, then we will import your product from our international offices and deliver them to you. This usually takes between 7 to 15 days, basically one to two weeks.
This is usually the case for more high-end products that are not usually bought in Pakistan and so we don’t import those in advance.
When you place the order, and we confirm your advance payment, we then immediately import the product from foreign countries and then deliver them to you. This process takes time, which is why we make our valued customers wait for some more days.
Whichever method you choose, you can be sure that you will get a high quality and genuine product, always.
The time mentioned above is estimated time, and if everything goes well, you will get your products as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When submitting International orders through BabyMall.PK you are responsible for all import fees, customs, duties & taxes.
Please see estimated shipping & delivery times. Note that estimated shipping & delivery times do not include the time it takes to clear customs.
Note:
- BabyMall.PK will not take any responsibility if the package is empty/damaged afterwards.
- On orders above the value of Rs.10,000, we will need an advance payment (25% Upfront). Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation. These order will not be shipped via a courier. They will be sent via Daewoo or a similar service and would have to be picked up by the customer.
- Orders received on Sundays and Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
- Some items are not available for COD, we take 50% advance to confirm orders for COD.
Please allow 12 hours for your package to register in the system before attempting to track your parcel. For all international orders please allow 24 hours before attempting to track your parcel.
